Your key responsibilities

Leading the service team in Le Grand Hall, our iconic all-day dining venue and lounge, you will have operational responsibility for one of our hotel's signature dining venues, serving among other things authentic Indian cuisine and specialities from our pastry kitchen.

Daily restaurant operations, including table allocation and guest flow, will fall under your responsibility, ensuring both outstanding service and optimal operational performance.

Creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality and personalised service will be at the heart of your role.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, Bar team and other departments, you will maintain the highest standards in food and beverage presentation and service delivery.

You will take ownership of recruiting, developing and managing the service team, ensuring the highest levels of engagement, performance and service excellence.
